Sometimes the unexpected occurs and appointments need to be rearranged.

Please do give as much notice as possible to give other clients the opportunity to take the appointment which also helps me too to keep providing this service.

If you’ve paid for a treatment and want to reschedule that’s not a problem with a minimum of 24 hours notice but more notice would be preferable.  Deposits are non-refundable.

An appointment can be only be rescheduled, with sufficient notice, a maximum of two times before a new appointment needs to be made with payment.

For those who don’t attend their booking with no contact – no further bookings will be taken and any payment made will not be refunded.
